Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired; check the offer details on RetailCoupons.com to confirm the current validity date.
- Some codes apply only to specific product categories or plan types; verify your items qualify for the discount.
- Typos or extra spaces in the code prevent application; re-enter it carefully without additional characters.
- The code might exclude certain promotions or bundled offers; review any restrictions listed in the fine print.
- Your account or order total may not meet eligibility requirements; read the code terms to confirm you qualify.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again, as technical glitches can occasionally prevent code recognition.
Total Wireless Savings Hacks
Check if Total Wireless is running a carrier-level deal or loyalty bonus that can combine with your coupon code, potentially increasing your overall savings on a phone or plan upgrade.
Monitor RetailCoupons.com for peak promotional periods like holiday weekends or back-to-school seasons, when Total Wireless typically releases deeper discount codes for devices and multi-line plans.
Apply promo codes to bundled offers pairing a discounted phone with an activated plan, which often yields better per-item savings than purchasing components separately.
New customers may be eligible for exclusive welcome discounts; confirm you have not previously used one before applying a first-purchase code to avoid conflicts.

Total Wireless Reviews
Total Wireless receives highly polarized feedback from shoppers, with 15 reviews split between strong advocates and deeply dissatisfied customers. The five-star reviewers praise the company for straightforward service, exceptional customer support, and genuine, attentive representatives. However, the majority of shoppers report significant problems: unreliable home internet service with persistent connection issues despite multiple support contacts, poor phone coverage and device quality, account management errors, lengthy wait times for supervisors, and unresolved billing disputes. Many reviewers express frustration with overseas customer service representatives and note that support interactions fail to resolve underlying technical problems.
Common complaints center on service reliability, account handling errors, and the perceived indifference of support staff to customer time and financial losses. Several shoppers report being overcharged or having received no refunds for company mistakes. While some acknowledge that Total Wireless uses Verizon's network infrastructure, reviewers indicate that customer service shortcomings significantly undermine any network advantage. The stark divide in ratings suggests highly inconsistent experiences across different customer interactions and service types.
I'm really unhappy with my Total Wireless Home Internet service. After about a year of paying $60 monthly (or $50 with autopay), plus dropping $120 on the router and activation, the service has been nothing but spotty and unreliable. I've contacted support multiple times, even twice in single months, about the same connection problems. Their answer is always the same: reboot the router or they ask for tech specs, which never actually fixes anything. When I signed up, they promised my address had solid coverage. That's completely false. My connection keeps dropping. What really gets me is they've never given me any real compensation. After months of garbage service, they haven't offered a meaningful credit or refund. The best they did was reimburse one payment, which doesn't come close to making up for my wasted time and money. On top of that, they also refused to honor a payment extension I requested.
I gave them one star only because the customer service guy was actually nice and sold the phones well. But I knew something seemed off about this place when I walked in, so I warned my husband not to go there. He ignored me and went anyway. Now we've got a crummy phone that barely works with terrible coverage. Don't bother going here.
Terrible company. They wiped out my account and forced me to buy a whole new plan. The customer service is awful.
By far the absolute worst mobile carrier I've ever used. Their customer service is unbearable and makes you want to scream. The reps are overseas and clearly underpaid. Sure, they use Verizon's network, but dealing with their support team completely negates any benefit. Problems pop up constantly and they're never able to actually fix anything. Getting help takes forever, easily 2+ hours of your time. I can't believe I stuck with them this long. Do yourself a favor and switch to literally any other carrier. Your sanity will thank you.
These people messed up my phone plan. I had to sit around waiting for a supervisor forever. They owe me over $100 for their mistake but won't refund it. Plus they wasted about 4 to 5 hours of my time and don't seem to care one bit.
Total Wireless has been straight with me the whole time. They're truly exceptional. From the moment I started, the customer service has been fantastic. The reps are genuine, supportive, and attentive. Everything's been nothing but trustworthy and loyal treatment. I'm really happy with the service overall and honestly can't imagine what could be improved. It's just excellent across the board!
I've always had a great experience with Total Wireless and they've never misrepresented anything. They're genuinely outstanding. Right from day one, their customer service has been fantastic. The team is honest, supportive, and always there when you need them. I've gotten nothing but genuine loyalty and trustworthy treatment. I'm super pleased with the whole experience and don't see how it could possibly get any better. Just amazing all around!
I've never been let down by Total Wireless. They're genuinely impressive. From my first day, I got nothing but top notch customer service. The team is authentic, responsive, and super caring. Every interaction has been loyal and dependable. I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole experience and honestly can't think of anything they could improve on. Just phenomenal from start to finish!
If they allowed negative ratings I'd use them. Skip this place entirely. Completely unreliable service and nobody actually helps you.
This company is completely unacceptable. You cannot reach anyone in the US so you're stuck with offshore reps who apparently don't track account details. Having a problem means repeating yourself over and over to agents who all ask identical questions like they're following a manual. Additionally, problems simply stay unresolved. They suggest restarting your phone or toggling data, and when you've done that and the issue persists, asking for escalation just gets your call dropped. It's emotionally exhausting to work with a business that prioritizes acquiring customers but ignores retaining them. You start to realize they care more about money than actually helping anyone. I'd seriously pay someone to spare me from dealing with this outfit again. Absolutely the worst mobile carrier in existence. After you read this and decide to go with them anyway, you can't say I didn't give you fair warning.
This outfit is absolutely terrible. First off, you can't get anyone based in the US, so you're stuck explaining everything to offshore agents who apparently don't read your account history. Every single rep asks the same questions like they're reading from a script. Second, nothing ever gets resolved. They tell you to restart your phone or toggle your data, and when that doesn't work and you ask for a supervisor, the call just drops. Third, it's mentally draining dealing with a company that's only interested in signing people up, not keeping them happy. They're clearly just after a cash grab with zero interest in actual solutions. I'd honestly pay someone just to handle this nightmare for me. Hands down the worst carrier ever. When you look back on this review after switching to them, don't say I didn't warn you.
This is not even worth a single star, not even close. This is hands down the most terrible phone company I've encountered. Complete waste of cash. If you've got money to burn and want to throw it away, this is the place. Otherwise, keep your wallet closed.
Total Wireless is really great. Their technical support team is amazing. Wishing them continued success.
Total Wireless is fantastic. The tech support team does incredible work. Keep up the great stuff.
I switched my number and phone over from Verizon to Total Wireless. Ordered a SIM card online and got it within 2 days as promised. Called their customer service team to activate it and port my Verizon number over. They told me it would take 3 hours. They set up a callback for 9:30 pm and called right on time to confirm everything was working perfectly. Don't believe all these bad reviews out there. I had zero problems switching to Total Wireless. No issues with the port, no issues with customer service. I was only on hold for a minute. Their service is solid in my area and the staff is really helpful. My whole experience was smooth. To anyone complaining about an iPhone replacement, that's on Apple, not Total Wireless. Like it or not, every carrier including Verizon tells you the same thing: Apple handles iPhone replacements since it's an Apple product. Don't blame the carrier for that policy. My experience was flawless.
