Got a bra that arrived with a broken zipper and couldn't get it to budge whether I was wearing it or laying it flat. Eventually it came off track when I was fighting with it. Tried it on 15 minutes after getting it and right away asked about returning it. Customer service took the return but only refunded the bra cost and kept the shipping fee. I don't think that's fair since the product was damaged. Make sure you read the fine print on their policy. Won't be ordering from them again.

They needed pictures of the zipper, details about how I'd laundered it (spoiler: I hadn't), and my body measurements supposedly to confirm fit. Seriously? The bra had been in my possession for 2 hours. A simple exchange shouldn't require jumping through hoops. I wasn't even requesting a refund, just a replacement. This process was way too complicated. I'm done shopping with them, which is unfortunate since I would've made more purchases.

Worst experience I've had. Found metal pins still stuck in the bra from manufacturing. Still waiting on my refund after a bunch of people have already seen my negative review. The longer this drags out, the worse it looks for the company. Really hoping things improve and I can update this to something positive.
