Tumi's service is outstanding. I needed some small repairs on my Alpha II luggage and brought it to the Frankfurt store. They sent it to their main facility and I had it back in less than a week. Really impressed with how quickly they handled it. Great work!

My experience trying to purchase luggage from the outlet location was incredibly frustrating. I've been loyal to Tumi and wanted to buy more items to match what I already have, and the sales associate was willing to help. However, her manager wouldn't let her ship the items I wanted, saying I'd need to make a six-hour round trip to pick them up in person. I was ready to spend over $1500 with them, but instead they made me feel unwelcome and unwanted as a customer. There are plenty of other quality luggage companies out there at better prices, and frankly I'm tired of being treated this way. It's disappointing when a brand doesn't value customer loyalty the way I value them.

The delivery process was absolutely terrible with basically no communication. There was no customer service available when I tried to reach out. Overall it was a really bad experience, not what I'd expect from Tumi at all.

I bought a Tumi backpack almost five years ago for $800 and used it pretty hard. It held up surprisingly well, but eventually I noticed some small tears in the webbing underneath. It wasn't really a functional problem, but I wanted to get it fixed. They said they couldn't repair it, but then offered me a gift certificate for $1195, which is exactly what the same backpack costs new. Since I originally bought it on sale, I basically came out ahead. They essentially gave me a brand new bag for free. Pretty shocked by their generosity.

I've tried calling about my repair more than a dozen times and even sent emails. Still nothing! Nobody ever answers the phone????

The products and service are both disappointing. The luggage just isn't built well and breaks too easily for what they charge. When problems happen, they refuse to stand behind their products and customer service is basically useless. It's just not worth what they're asking for.

Both the brand and the service are pretty bad. The luggage doesn't hold up well at all, especially for what you're paying. When something goes wrong, they dodge responsibility and their customer support doesn't actually help. Not worth the money at all.

I want to give a shout-out to the staff at the Tumi store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. I was visiting from overseas and my luggage lock got stuck. The hotel couldn't help, but the team here figured it out in minutes using just a couple of simple tools. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Really appreciated it!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE - DO NOT BUY! I ordered three handbags and got charged right away, but my order never went through. They're claiming my address doesn't match my card information, which is completely false. Two weeks later and I still haven't seen a refund. Customer service keeps telling me the same thing every time I contact them: wait a few business days. No solutions, no support, just empty promises. This is nothing but a scam where they grab your money and disappear. Stay away from this company.

Great products overall. The only complaint is the phone wait times are pretty long. However, when I did get through, they solved my problem efficiently. I'm satisfied with the warranty support and my new briefcase is excellent.
