Belkin discontinued support for their Wemo products at the end of January without giving customers any advance warning. It's terrible treatment because the app required customers to register with their email, and nobody got notified beforehand. Really disrespectful and dismissive of your customer base. They used to be my go-to brand for lots of things, but that's changing now.

Emailed back about the discrepancy but got ignored. Bought a better brand with my own money. Customers shouldn't get stuck with unreliable stuff when shopping through Apple. Update: They eventually refunded my money two weeks after.
