Got Cartridges For My HP Printer That Don't Work. I ordered a set of cartridges for my HP model printer. After installing the three color cartridges, my printer displayed a warning about altered or cloned cartridges. Awful Customer Service Experience. This company sells defective products and won't back them up. It's disappointing because they used to be my first choice for printer ink, but I'm switching to another vendor now. I got 2 cyan cartridges that my printer refuses to recognize, and I have no idea how many other ones I bought there might have the same issue. I contacted them on mid-June about the problem and seven weeks passed without a refund or replacement. Instead they keep giving me excuses. At this point I'm convinced it's become a fraudulent operation, even though they were legitimate once. Definitely don't buy ink here. Looking at other customer feedback, I'm far from the only one dealing with this.

Long Time Customer With Recent Problems. For more than five years this company served me well with no problems. My most recent experience has been a nightmare. They only sent half of what I ordered and one of the toner cartridges was defective. I never got a shipping notice. When I contacted customer service, they requested pictures of what arrived, and after confirming everything, they told me they were passing my information to the warehouse to get the rest sent out. A week went by without any shipping confirmation. I followed up again and was told the warehouse hadn't provided any updates yet. Since my deadline got pushed back a week already, I asked for my money back. They lost a customer who had been loyal for years.

This is a scam operation that refuses to stand behind what they sell. I ended up with over three hundred dollars in ink refills that I can't actually use because the required cartridge shells were missing from my shipment. I gave them several chances to fix the situation but they wouldn't help. I wish there was a way to leave zero stars for this place.

Stay Away From This Company They Will Take Your Money. They used to have a decent reputation but that's gone now. When you place an order they keep your payment and never actually ship anything. This is happening to everyone buying from them. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times and they ignore you completely. Once they have your cash, they don't care.
