Complete rip off. Like the other reviews here, they take your money then call asking for more and more. They wanted an extra 800 dollars and said they'd charge me whether I agreed or not.

This site and company are absolutely terrible. If you care about your money and your travel plans, never ever purchase a ticket through them. It's basically a scam. I made a huge mistake booking through them and now we can't travel at all plus we've lost every penny we spent.

I paid for cancellation protection on my booking. When I actually needed to cancel, they said I couldn't get a refund. They claim they won't charge their own fees, but the airline penalty still applies. The way they describe the protection sounds completely different from how it actually works. It's deceptive marketing, plain and simple.

My family of four purchased Southwest tickets but didn't receive them until the day before our flight. We got to the airport early the next morning at 9 AM ready to check in, but they told us the tickets were fraudulent and fake. We've tried calling multiple times with no cooperation. Meanwhile, we're stranded at the airport with no car since we already returned our rental, and we couldn't afford other tickets since these were the cheapest at $300. We also checked out of our hotel already. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: We eventually got different tickets, but when we got to the gate to board, the same thing happened again. The staff said our tickets were reported as fraud. We're stuck in the same nightmare situation. I will never use this company again and strongly warn others to stay away.

Had a terrible experience with a flight from Denver to Jordan. My middle name was misspelled on the ticket, so I called about 30 hours before departure to fix it. They kept passing the buck saying the airline needed to handle it, while the airline said it was their responsibility. They promised to correct it, so I didn't cancel even though I had time. They never fixed it, forcing me to buy new tickets on my travel day. I lost over $1400 when the airline only refunded my husband's portion. This company refused to give me any compensation. I've switched to booking direct with hotels and airlines now, and I tell everyone I know to avoid them and all their affiliated companies. It's just not worth the financial risk.

We ordered tickets on October 22nd for December 24th through January 7th, which we remember clearly because we booked our buses the same day. Instead, they sent us flights for January 24th through February 7th, completely wrong dates. We paid nearly 500 euros and their response was basically that this happens when you buy cheap tickets. That makes no sense since these aren't cheap if you have to repurchase them. And you can't change the dates even if you pay extra. I've read similar complaints from other customers, and when you call their support they either can't hear you or claim your connection is bad. Now we're stuck having to buy new tickets, which means our holiday budget is completely wiped out.

Got to give a big shout out to the customer service team at this company for going above and beyond. This isn't even my first time dealing with them when I had issues, and they always come through. Would definitely recommend this service to others. Five stars all the way.
