I received a gift card for a couple weeks of service from my baby shower. When I tried to apply it, customer service said it never worked, and my debit card got charged instead. I attempted to update my delivery address through the website but the change didn't stick. My first box never arrived. I went back on the site to confirm my new address had been updated, and the replacement box also went to my old location. We didn't receive either shipment. I thought I had quit, but several weeks later charges kept appearing. The website is confusing and cancellation requires contacting support directly even though it seems like you should be able to do it online. The overall experience with the platform and support options has been really frustrating. Since I never actually received the food to try, I can't speak to that. When they did respond, they insisted they had no record of my gift card being used, which wasn't helpful, and I got no resolution or apology. My account clearly shows both the gift card amount and the charges to my card for each week I tried to get boxes. No satisfaction was provided.

This was a major letdown. Our second delivery never showed up at all! How is it possible for an order to just vanish like that? Right from the start, the experience was awful, and I won't be returning to this company. Stay away from Blue Apron and go with someone you can actually rely on to get your food to you! I'd give them zero stars if I could!

While the portions are quite filling, I also appreciate that they're measured out for portion control. Occasionally we end up with leftover food, particularly from pasta dishes.
