I bought a TV stand and it came in pretty rough shape from the shipping process. What impressed me most was how fast they stepped up. Called them the next morning and boom, same day fix. No excuses, no hassle, just real people who wanted to make it right. Both folks I talked to were genuinely nice and actually seemed to care about fixing the problem. Plus I've noticed their prices are solid and often better than what I find elsewhere for similar stuff. This experience made me a repeat customer for sure. Quality furniture with a company that truly has your back is rare these days.

We bought an outdoor fire pit and a fireplace tool set. The fire pit showed up when promised, but the tool set got delayed with absolutely no heads up about it. Finally called them and found out we had to wait another two months. Never dealing with them again.

Their quality and service have absolutely tanked. We've been satisfied customers for many years but after what happened this season, we're finished. The item was poorly made, shipping was bad, and the packaging was sloppy. Trying to get a return approved and actually get a refund turned into a months long battle. Still waiting for our money back even though we sent the item back weeks ago.

I'm done with this place after being a loyal shopper for way too long. Bought two bulb garden subscriptions as Christmas presents for about $284 each. They messed up the billing, then later asked me for payment which I made right away through their system. I verified the charge hit my account, but now they're saying they have zero record of it and demanding I prove I paid. Their system obviously lost the payment or stuck it in the wrong account. They won't check their email where I submitted it and keep being rude about the whole thing. Their financial side is unreliable and I won't be back.

First time ordering and it'll be the last. Bought a decorative bunny in a basket as a present. After adding shipping it came to over $23. When I got home and opened it, the item was broken. Shipped via carrier so there's shared responsibility but I blame the company since they packaged it. There were no fragile or handle with care stickers on a box containing glass. The item wasn't wrapped well and the box was twice the size, so everything rolled around inside. Called customer service and while I am getting my money back, it was super disappointing overall.

This company is hands down the worst I've ever ordered from. I'm upset I didn't know Wind and Weather was connected to them before I placed my order back in May. The item was backordered until September and today I got another email saying it's delayed even more. First time around, an outdoor fairy cottage arrived completely broken from terrible packing. Second time, a garden sign came with just one stake when it needed two. Spent months trying to get them to send the second stake but couldn't get it done. Each time I got refunded but what I wanted was the actual product in working condition. This ceramic fish I just ordered has me really worried it's going to arrive in pieces.

Ordered something that's been on backorder for six weeks now. I get that sometimes these things happen. Then my second order arrived today and all the hardware needed for assembly was missing. There's clearly no quality control or accountability. Not ordering from them anymore.

It's the classic story of a family business getting swallowed up by corporate greed and churning out low quality junk instead. Pretty sad what happened to the brand.

Got my star patio light fixtures but three plastic stars were missing from the order. When I called about it they said I had to contact the claims department through email only, no phone line. Want to return anything? That'll be on your dime for shipping. Never shopping at this overpriced place with awful service again.

Got a wooden bench delivered that was severely damaged straight out of the box. Emailed them right away asking for a replacement. Got word on May 17th that a replacement was being ordered with a three to five business day window. By May 24th nothing had arrived and no shipping confirmation came through. Sent another email asking for an update and tracking number. Radio silence. Called the company and was told they'd look into it. Still got nothing. June first rolled around and I still had no word on the replacement shipping. My latest messages haven't been answered. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. Frustrating because I actually like their product selection. Won't be ordering from them again.

Back in 2017 I purchased a wicker double glider that worked great until recently when a key part broke and stopped functioning. When I reached out to the company about getting a replacement component, they said they shut down their parts department years ago and couldn't help because of when I bought it. Now the glider just sits there and doesn't work. You'd think a decent company would support what they sell for more than a few years.

Really let down by this company. I've been a customer for about twelve years and initially loved shopping with them. Lately their customer service has gone downhill fast. They can't seem to solve any order problems. For two days I tried placing an order but kept running into delivery address issues. I had a discount code expiring soon so I was in a rush. Called customer service, explained what was happening, and got told my items were backordered. I said go ahead anyway. At checkout they suddenly tell me the discount expired at midnight. I explained I'd been having problems placing the order, but the agent said nothing could be done. I've been loyal and spent good money with them, but this is how they treat me. The last couple orders in the past eight months have had the same lousy service. Time to find somewhere else.
