Really unhappy with how this company handled things. My flight got cancelled so I only used the parking space for less than one day. The parking company itself told me the leftover days qualified for a refund and that I should contact this booking site to get the money back. Instead, they refused and just offered me fifty percent of something, which definitely wasn't the actual refund amount for the unused days. I wasn't asking for everything back, just the refund that was already approved by the actual parking provider. They showed zero understanding of my situation and made barely any effort to look into it or make it right. They basically said take the fifty percent or file an insurance claim. Compare that to every other company involved in my cancelled trip, including ones with non-refundable policies, and they were all way more helpful. I'd think twice before booking with a middleman site like this again.

Don't book with this company. They put down the wrong parking details on my reservation and then cancelled the whole thing without asking me first. I was already out of the country with my car in a paid lot. They wouldn't do anything to help and basically ignored all my attempts to reach them. Zero customer service.

We booked ground transportation for a group of six people from the airport to the city center. When the taxi arrived, it was over an hour late and only had five seats. The driver actually suggested we stack on top of each other. We refused and grabbed a cab from the rank instead.
