This is hands down the worst VOIP phone system I've seen. You should absolutely avoid them. Their product specialists are all international and have terrible technical expertise and English language abilities. It's a real nightmare dealing with them. Think twice before going with them.

This is the worst VOIP service I've encountered. Stay far away from it. All their product experts are based overseas with extremely limited technical knowledge and really rough English. Working with them is a total headache. Don't even consider using them.

The department they transferred me to had a disconnected number. Is anyone actually managing this place? We were about to sign on as a large customer and they completely failed us. They desperately need proper management, trained staff, and real organization.

My initial problems were never handled properly. I emailed a cancellation request and nobody got back to me. Then out of nowhere I got billed for another year.

From the beginning, they never resolved any of my issues. I sent an email requesting to cancel but got no response. Then they hit me with another charge for year two without any warning.

We ended service after two months and they said the cancellation went through. But then the charges kept coming. I called and they promised to stop billing us. Nope, charged again next month. We emailed again and did a chargeback. Still got hit with another bill the following month. It's been eight months and we still can't get them to stop. We might have to get a new card entirely. This is absolutely unacceptable service. Pick literally any other phone provider. Don't bother with this outfit, it's basically a scam. Their support team is overseas and all they want is your money.

The service itself works great. We almost never have any call quality problems. Their customer support team goes the extra mile to help. And honestly, the pricing is a lot better than what we've paid with other providers in the past. Why would we switch?

We got support on Friday afternoon to fix our phone tree setup and the technician was excellent. It was hands down the best interaction we've had with them in over four years.

RingCentral works really well. It's so much better than our old answering system. Messages come through instantly so we can handle them right away.
