But everything changed when we visited the Rosemary Square spot. The meals came out barely touched and honestly not good. Service was rough because one waitress was doing her absolute best but had zero backup from anyone. The general manager was at the bar having drinks while customers were sitting around waiting and staff was overwhelmed. We spent over 250 dollars and walked out with full plates and pretty disappointed. This feels like more than just a rough night. It seems like a deeper issue with how the place is being run and it doesn't match what the brand is supposed to stand for. We'd like a refund and we want to see real accountability.
We ordered from this place a couple weeks ago for delivery and got a message saying it arrived, but it never showed up. The staff was really nice about it and sent out another meal, but the whole thing took an extra two hours because of their initial mistake. The salad was pretty good. We tried ordering again this week though and got a chicken wrap and turkey burger. Both were disappointing. The wrap had barely any chicken in it and the burger tasted super bland. It's a shame because we were really hoping this place would be great.
This was my first time going and I wanted to give it a fair shot, but it was honestly awful. They might have been understaffed for the holidays, but that doesn't excuse how bad things went. We waited almost 10 minutes just to be noticed, then another 5 for someone to seat us. Service took another 10 minutes because apparently the waiters didn't communicate with each other, which isn't something I should have to deal with as a customer. One of our cocktails came out late while the other was ready, which doesn't make sense. We ordered 2 chicken parmesan dishes, and the manager walks up to say they only have one available. We had to make changes, but they didn't do anything to make it right for us. The waiter barely checked on us. When I brought up the issues, the manager just said sorry, no discounts available, and walked away without offering anything. There are so many ways to take care of customers. I won't be back. It's really disappointing because this place was supposed to be good.
I celebrated my 65th birthday with my family at Sunday brunch and it was wonderful. Our server Woody was so attentive and really knew the menu well. He told us what he liked best and gave great recommendations for everyone. The food tasted fresh and amazing. The whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. I'd absolutely suggest this to anyone looking to try something new and interesting. I'm definitely coming back. Thanks so much Woody for the excellent service.

We got seated at a tiny table for two, and when we asked to move to something bigger, the server said sure. But then a different staff member came over with a really nasty attitude, rolled her eyes, and basically yanked the menus from our hands before rushing us to the new table with more eye rolls and sighing. The whole vibe was killed right there. Our waitress completely neglected us for most of the meal. We asked for a salad and soup before the entrees, but she ignored us. My salad showed up after our dinners were already served, and I had to ask multiple times to even get it. The steak came without a knife, I had to request one, and the server handed it to me with bare hands without any apology. She never asked if anything was wrong with the 35 dollar steak that I honestly didn't enjoy, or if I wanted a to-go box. For a 110 dollar dinner, we definitely could have picked somewhere else.
Our server Lalo was unbelievably attentive and kind. We genuinely felt like we were the only table in the place. He really understood what we were craving and pointed us toward the perfect meals for our tastes. We came in with high hopes and both the food and the service blew our expectations away. We finished everything on our plates, and Lalo still sweetly encouraged us to try their desserts, which were absolutely special and something we'll remember. Beyond being super caring and accommodating with all our requests, Lalo brought this amazing energy and fun to the whole experience. What was supposed to be a quick Tuesday dinner turned into this incredible memory we're already planning to repeat. Thanks so much Lalo for giving us a truly fantastic night out. We can't wait to come back to the location.
Never coming back. Total ripoff. We grabbed a salad and bowl to go, waited 45 minutes, paid 36 dollars, and the portions barely filled a third of the container. We ended up having to go eat dinner somewhere else after spending that much on what was basically a snack.
The food is definitely good and the service is solid too, but honestly when you look at the price tag, there are other spots nearby that serve similar stuff for less money. I still like the place and stop by when I'm around though.
We decided to try this place because of all the good reviews, especially since our daughter has a severe dairy allergy. She ordered a dairy-free cheese pizza. For 14 dollars, they basically just cooked the crust, threw some sauce on it, and dropped maybe 6 small blobs of dairy-free ricotta on top. After already waiting 20 minutes for food, we told them something was wrong and they just asked if we wanted them to make another one. Their attitude was just whatever, and not just from the server but from the manager too. They charged us full price even though our daughter didn't even like how it turned out. The customer service was really disappointing.

The food is delicious and nutritious without breaking the bank. I love the rustic natural vibe of the space and how they include calorie information right on the menu. Plus their antioxidant tea is seriously the best. My friend and I both think their hummus is some of the best we've ever tried. If you're into vegetable bowls and organic food that actually tastes incredible, you should definitely check out dinner there.
