Absolutely terrible service. My hats never showed up and they don't respond to emails or calls. I'm disputing this transaction with my bank because it feels like a scam.

I understood I'd need to cover return shipping myself, but what really frustrated me was that they don't provide a return label. I spent half an hour at FedEx getting everything sorted out, then paid over 70 dollars to ship the hat back. Their site advertises free shipping on orders, but it turns out that's only for the US. The hat didn't fit right even though I measured carefully, but when I explained this, the customer service rep lectured me instead of helping. I got zero help making this return process customer-friendly. Would give them a zero rating if I could.

Be careful with this company. I ordered three hats, all size XL, but only one worked. The other two were way too big for my head even though I have a larger one. The hats sold here are either Chinese knockoffs or a lower quality line from well-known hat makers that have moved production to China. The descriptions don't mention this anywhere, and the pictures don't show the Made in China tags that are stitched inside either. That's misleading.

The returns process here is pretty bad. They charge you a fee of over five pounds for returns even though it definitely doesn't cost them that much to ship to you. And get this, you can't even drop your item off at their warehouse because of health and safety concerns, which seems like a weak excuse. If you want to buy online, find a company that won't try to squeeze you when you need to return something.
