Had a rough time with this retailer. My order sat for nearly a month while I kept getting told that DPD had contacted me about delivery confirmation, but that never actually happened. I ended up spending extra money on cabs during freezing weather because I didn't have the jacket I paid for. The whole experience was stressful with poor communication throughout. I did get my money back eventually, but they should offer compensation for the inconvenience and extra costs I incurred. I'm prepared to escalate this further since I believe I deserve reimbursement for the hassle.
