Didn't catch the negative reviews before ordering and fell right into the trap. They advertised in stock but still haven't delivered an upper receiver from my early February order. Got someone on the phone through customer service and heard it MIGHT come in mid April depending on part availability. This has been a complete disaster and I'm never shopping with them again.

Put in an order for a barreled action back in October as a standard customer and nobody told me it was oversold and unavailable. About a month later I complained and after tons of effort with phone calls and emails I supposedly got approval for a check refund. It's now three months from the original order and the refund never came plus haven't heard back by email in two weeks about where it is. Don't do business with this place, they make okay products but don't deserve your cash when other good manufacturers are out there. I was actually a dealer for them previously and truthfully their support has always been a headache. Get a different brand, you'll be better off.

This company is absolutely terrible and I'm done with them. Something went really wrong with their operations. Customer service basically doesn't exist. Orders take forever to process, sometimes weeks or months, and if you actually get your stuff you're lucky. I've been buying from them as a dealer for years but I'm completely finished. Their products just aren't worth the frustration and delays. I'd strongly suggest going with a different brand instead.

Used to absolutely love Aero. I really liked building with only quality parts from quality manufacturers. I'm definitely not some huge buyer spending thousands monthly, but I've been a faithful customer with multiple builds over the years using their stuff. But quality started slipping. Customer service was always kind of hit or miss, though nothing too bad. Then recently I spent a lot of cash on multiple builds over five months and got basically nothing except a single barrel that wasn't even the right one. Can't get any response anywhere. I've called, emailed, tried their chat thing which was useless, couldn't even stay in the queue right. My FFL dealer tried too and couldn't get anywhere. So I'm sitting here with expensive builds I don't know will ever happen. Thank goodness nobody prepaid me, but I look foolish either way and I'm out the money. I really wish this wasn't the review I had to write right now.

Been ordering from them for about a decade. Placed a build kit order in October 2024 and just got it last week in March 2025. Absolutely no word from them throughout the entire process. Couldn't reach anyone through customer service for months. When the kit finally showed up, the Lower Receiver wasn't finished right. It came in solid color while the rest of the parts had a different look. Not sure if this was an error or intentional on their end. If this is their new standard for build kits I'm done ordering. Everything they're doing right now is a complete disaster.

Worst outfit I've dealt with. Forget about customer service because there basically is none. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY!! There's basically zero way to reach anyone at this place, whether you try online or by phone. Nothing works!!

Ordered an upper receiver in a 6.5 Grendel caliber back in late December 2024. Charged my Visa 538 dollars right away. But when I log into my account it doesn't show any orders placed or pending. No tracking info, nobody answers the phone queue, and nobody online either. Got no clue if they're going bankrupt and keeping everyone's cash. Ended up disputing it with my credit card and they were really helpful. Total nightmare with the company itself.

Been twelve days and my order hasn't shipped. Called multiple times, tried email, tried internet messaging, nothing worked.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've run into and they ignore all methods of contacting them.

Wish I could rate this zero stars. Got an order in at the beginning of december and only received one part of what I ordered. The live chat feature is basically a scam where you almost get connected then suddenly lose connection. Don't shop on their website, just head to your local gun shop instead.

Watch out for stuff listed as 'IN STOCK' on their site. Their customer service is genuinely terrible. Placed an order for a scope mount that supposedly was in stock on December 2nd. Can't get through by phone because their system is broken and won't let me leave a message. Their live chat had me waiting for hours last week with over 165 people ahead, then dumped me back to the start of the line right before they would've helped me. I sent three support emails starting December 18th with absolutely zero replies. I told a friend about the company, he lives in my area, and he ordered the exact same mount on December 8th and got it by December 26th. This total failure to communicate means I'm never ordering from their site again.

I agree with everyone else here, the customer service is truly awful. I've been sitting around waiting six weeks for items they said were in stock. Nobody answers calls, emails, texts, nothing. Wishing I hadn't spent my money there. Got some stuff in bits and pieces with zero notice about when I'll get the rest. This whole thing is ridiculous.

Waiting a full month now for stuff I ordered that was supposedly in stock. Put in a support ticket a week back and still nothing. Stay away from ordering on their website! I've had much better experiences with other gun retailers but this place shows zero interest in taking care of their buyers. Not coming back, they're a bad operation that ignores customers.

Got a complete lower over fourteen days ago. Their site promised two week delivery. Now I'm in week three from my order date with nothing about shipping status. Waited on hold for two full hours and got disconnected. Waited in an online queue and got kicked off after two hours. Got a message saying my chat disconnected but my issue never got addressed even though I explained everything. Two support emails with no answer. No way to reach them and no clue where my order is. They already took my money immediately and keep emailing me trying to sell me the same thing. Worst customer support experience ever.
