That size shrink really put me off just when I was starting to get interested in the brand more. Pass for me.
I dropped my serum pipette and it broke into pieces. I stopped by the store hoping they could help but they said they didn't have spare pipettes available and suggested I contact support. When I reached out, they told me to come back and they'd replace the entire bottle. I went back in, showed them the email, and they handed me a brand new bottle right then and there. I was really happy with how they handled it, especially since my original bottle had already been used. My only thought is that it would've been nice if the store staff could have offered that solution from the start, but honestly the service was fantastic either way.

The wrapping is top notch, it smells amazing, and yeah it's pricey for what you get, but everyone who loves this brand buys into the whole experience and honestly it works. I'd shopped with them before but decided to pop into the Marylebone store while passing through and I'm so glad I did. We were greeted by Evi and Megan right away. Even though I mentioned we were just browsing they still made sure we had an incredible time. The store itself is beautifully done, everything about it feels perfect. Evi really knew her stuff and gave me some thoughtfully picked samples to try. Since I work in interior design the store's look completely grabbed my attention, especially this gorgeous soft pink paint color on the walls. Evi was so helpful she even looked up the exact paint name for me. Both Evi and Megan made us feel genuinely welcomed and special. I wish every retail experience was like this. We'll definitely be back to buy next time we're in the area.
Their body wash and hand soap are fantastic. Sure the price is steep but I honestly can't imagine not using them anymore.
I ordered gifts and they showed up wrapped really nicely, but the delivery driver wasn't careful and broke some items. The customer service team jumped on it right away and had everything swapped out and replaced within 24 hours. I was seriously impressed because dealing with damaged goods replacements is usually such a headache and takes forever. Going forward I'm definitely ordering my Aesop stuff straight from them.
When you want good quality, solid customer service and reliable products, Aesop comes through. Their scented body products and colognes are really nice. I stick with online ordering but they package everything in a cotton bag so it looks really nice when it arrives. I've made several purchases online with them and gotten items the next day plus they're always great quality. This one time a delivery company misplaced my order and despite the carrier's mistakes Aesop jumped in and solved it incredibly fast. Even though it wasn't technically their problem they took care of it right away. Would absolutely recommend.
