Really disappointed with my experience. My product showed up with a broken seal and the company claimed it got damaged during shipping. They also mentioned there's an inner seal but their customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to treat customers right and I'm hesitant about ordering from them again.

After I left my review they stopped responding to me. I spent 140 bucks and have nothing to show for it. Seriously, avoid this company. They send me sales pitches daily even though I've had nothing but problems. After seeing my negative review they sent a replacement but it arrived in the same terrible condition as the first one, old and leaking. I've emailed their support team close to 30 times with everything they asked for including photos and my details, but now they've gone silent. I'm stuck with two broken leaky items and nobody will talk to me about it. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This place is a complete ripoff and operates like a scam. You can get the same products elsewhere for way less money, still brand new and sealed. Plus their return process is broken. I spent weeks trying to return something but their site kept rejecting my order info and customer service wouldn't help create a return label. I had to try manually multiple times. They have an F rating on BBB for a reason and even changed their company name. At this point it's not even about losing money, it's about how dishonest they operate.

Pricing on certain items is pretty expensive, but I don't have much choice since I need these products for my skincare routine.

Really happy so far with Skin Store. This was my first purchase and I actually ran into trouble applying a promo code, so I reached out via their chat feature. The team was super helpful and friendly and got everything sorted out for me. Haven't gotten my package yet but I'm really impressed by how big their selection is and how well they handled my issue.

The pricing is excellent and there's a huge variety to choose from.

Delivery was incredibly quick and the free gift was fantastic. The travel pouch is way bigger than usual promotional bags, so now I have plenty of room for my products. Really grateful for that extra touch.

Not recommending this place. They ship wrong quantities and overcharge you for items you didn't order. Their customer support team is unfriendly and unhelpful.

Would give them zero stars. It took 4 days just to get an email saying my order was going to be delayed, then I heard nothing else. I had to call them myself to find out what I ordered wasn't even in stock. They shouldn't be selling things they don't actually have available.

I wasn't sure if something sketchy had happened or if I'd been redirected properly. Would've been helpful to get a heads up that the checkout was being handled through Skin Store now.
