Dealt with several consecutive flight delays with zero compensation provided. Left in a difficult situation with no place to sleep and didn't have access to my bags for a change of clothes. Way too costly plus the seats are incredibly tight. I'm done flying with them.

I've held on the phone for about 6 hours across several separate occasions but can't seem to get through to an agent with actual knowledge of my booking situation.

Four hour delay, multiple gate changes, and then the flight got cancelled while we were already seated. No help, no support for hotel or transportation, a supposed refund confirmation that came 3 months later, and still no money 6 months out. Hands down the worst experience I've had as a frequent traveler over many years.

They terminated my return flight saying it was a routing complication, but really they brought up a vague security problem that never materialized. They faced zero accountability for this. The compensation program is basically theater and doesn't actually work.

Staff were dealing with a ton of frustrated passengers because of bad weather and flight delays. I decided to see the silver lining in every bad situation. My flight back from Jamaica was late, which honestly just gave me more beach time, great food and shopping opportunities plus some amazing tropical drinks. Keep in mind that these people work really long hours and deal with frustrated people constantly, so please be respectful.

My return flight home from Jamaica took longer than expected, but that just meant extra time to enjoy the amazing beaches, food, shopping and some tasty drinks. Just remember these folks work exhausting shifts and handle tons of frustrated travelers, so treat them right.
