All I get are excuses from Airvape and they won't process a refund. SKIP THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS - chances are you won't actually get what you paid for. This outfit is a total scam. There are way better options out there, go with one of them instead.

There's this bag of mystery parts that came with it and I have no clue where they go or what they're for. Is the unit ready to use after charging or do these pieces need to fit somewhere?
