My experience with Amerisleep was really let down by poor planning on their end. I ordered based on their 2 to 3 week delivery promise, but only part of my purchase showed up. The bed frame and other items never made it, and nobody would give me a real timeline. After weeks of waiting and barely any updates, I ended up canceling the rest. That meant sleeping on my mattress on the floor for way longer than I planned. They did refund my money eventually, but the whole thing was handled badly. Communication was spotty, they didn't stick to their dates, and there was zero effort to make things right or offer anything for the hassle. Unless you're ready for serious delays and silence from customer service, I'd shop elsewhere.

I've done tons of research and tried other mattresses claiming to be soft, but this one takes it. You can definitely have fun in it too - it's soft as a cloud but holds up where it counts.

The customer service here is unacceptable. Every time you ask for an update, you get the same unhelpful response: 'our warehouse team is working on it.' No details, no one taking responsibility, no actual information. Over 10 days now and my mattress still hasn't shipped. I've opened tickets, followed up repeatedly, and gotten nothing but the runaround. Can't believe a company operates this way and thinks it's fine to leave customers hanging with zero explanation. I'm prepared to file a complaint if this gets resolved this way. This is completely unacceptable.

The price was way too high for what you get. When I took the cover off to wash it, I found fiberglass all through the mattress. Now it's everywhere - my room, my bedding, my clothes. So frustrated.

The whole accounting side of things was slow and unresponsive. Felt like I had to battle just to get my own money returned. Totally unnecessary.

Purchased their platform bed and immediately noticed a strong chemical odor. Turns out what was described as hardwood is actually plywood with glue. The smell wouldn't go away. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they confirmed it was from the plywood and possibly a fabric treatment. The product description made it sound like solid slats. We set it up in a guest room but guests wouldn't stay because of the odor. When I asked for a refund, they only offered a $50 credit toward something else. Not impressed with how they handle customer concerns.

Skip this company entirely. Their prices are way too high and the quality doesn't match. You'd honestly be better off grabbing any mattress from a local store instead.
