Anthropologie’s Return Policy
Returning or exchanging items at Anthropologie is easy! Simply bring your original sales receipt or use your AnthroPerks account lookup. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
If you return merchandise within 30 days of purchase, you’ll receive a refund to your original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days and up to one year will receive a merchandise credit. Full-price items are eligible for a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
Some items are exceptions: Curated by Anthropologie, Unlimited Furniture Delivery, and wedding gowns can only be returned if originally purchased in-store. Additionally, returns cannot be made at Anthropologie Home Outlet or pop-up locations.
