Stay far away from selling precious metals to them. It's a total scam. I sent in a 24K gold chain and they graded it as 14K. Local dealers would pay you significantly more. They've expanded too much and customer service has gone downhill. Disappointing to see.

I sent back two items that were 90% silver coins because they arrived in cull condition instead of the average circulated state that was advertised on the website. An RMA was issued and the items were shipped back on February 19, but nearly a month has passed and I haven't received a refund or replacement. I also haven't heard anything from their customer service team, even after calling multiple times. All I got was excuses and the runaround. When I asked for management, I couldn't get through to anyone, despite leaving several messages. I've reached out repeatedly but only received more delays and no real answers. A company with such a big name in the precious metals world should do much better. I expected faster handling of a straightforward return claim. On top of everything, their pricing is considerably higher than other dealers selling precious metals. I'm hoping they'll step up and send my refund right away. I absolutely cannot recommend buying here or returning items or doing any business with them. Steer clear of this company.
