I got ripped off by Apple

I got ripped off by Apple. Went to renew a subscription and got charged for it twice essentially. Submitted a refund request twice and got denied both times. The 4th person I spoke to in 3 days said “sorry I wish we can help” and that “if you report them as a fraud charge to the bank, the account can be suspended or permanently disabled”. Well I told her that I don’t want to do business with people ripping me off. I am going to submit a report to my bank and advise anyone not to do business with Apple. They do not deserve business operating like thieves.

Bought a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 and wanted to trade in my old watch. I never received a package to send back my old watch and they cancelled my trade in. Don't hope for a trade in, As they most likely won't send you anything!!! Customer support was no help when I called within the timeframe to return. 1 star

Useless Technical support for a faulty phone

The Advisor was quick to sell me an iphone 15+ a year ago. It has never worked correctly and every time I lose an hour talking to someone their first 'go to' instruction is for me to reset it - so I have lost hours of my life re-entering all my passwords time and time again. NOT ONE OF THE ONLINE OR STORE STAFF I have endured for 12 months have a clue to what the issue is and today having lost 2 hours of my life I was encouraged to drive 40 miles to attend a class to how to use my phone!!!!!! Maybe the 'Advisors' should attend a few courses first???? They all treat me like I am an idiot, but why is it that my work iphone does the function I need but this crappy model doesn't do a simple function that is vital to my life???? It is a complete waste of time calling the helpdesk as the 'junior' level 1 assistants just seem to work off a cribsheet and have absolutely no actual knowledge about the phone and have to look-up 'ideas' to resolve the issue while I am on the call!!!! Then inform me that unless I reset the phone YET AGAIN they can't help me! What a complete waste of £1500. I can't wait for it to collapse so I can justify buying something cheaper that works!

Apple will not refund a clear case of FRAUD against me

I am extremely disappointed with how Apple has handled a clear case of fraud involving my phone number.Apple processed a third-party charge linked to my mobile number that I did not authorise and was completely unaware of until I noticed an unusually high bill about to be debited from my account on Friday, 26 December.I immediately contacted my mobile network provider, Three, to query the charge. They confirmed it was a third-party charge originating from Apple and provided me with Apple Support’s contact details. I contacted Apple straight away. During that call, Apple Support investigated the issue while I was on the phone and confirmed that the transaction was fraudulent and not linked to my Apple account after multiple checks.I was informed that a refund request had been submitted and that a decision typically takes up to 48 hours. When I called again the following morning, I was told a decision had already been made and that a partial refund would be issued, with a second request being raised for a full refund. No clear explanation was provided. On 28 December, I contacted Apple again and, after a long hold, was told that I would not receive any refund. The advisor stated that although the transaction was deemed fraudulent, I should resolve the issue with my network provider instead. This explanation is deeply concerning. I was told the payment had supposedly been “verified” within 12 minutes for an amount of £231.87 using my phone number. The advisor even suggested that my number could have been cloned thus referring me back to my network provider Three to handle this issue! I categorically did not authorise or verify any such payment, and it is unreasonable to suggest this could have occurred without my knowledge.Apple Support verbally acknowledged that the charge was fraudulent, yet refused to issue a refund and would not provide any written, case-specific explanation—only a generic policy link.To make matters worse, I was told there was no further point of escalation and that the advisor I spoke to was the highest level of support available. I was effectively left to resolve a confirmed fraudulent charge on my own.I expected far better handling of confirmed fraud, clearer accountability, and basic consumer protection from Apple. Instead, I have been left feeling like a victim twice. It seems like many people have had this exact problem with Apple when they raised a clear case of fraud and they seem to not care!-A third-party charge appears via Apple using carrier/phone-number billing-The customer did not authorise it-Apple verbally acknowledges fraud-Apple then refuses a refund and redirects the customer to the carrier-The carrier says Apple initiated the charge-The customer gets stuck in the middle

Not good Apple product

I bought Apple Air Pods 4 two weeks ago. The sound is good, but the time of work is not even close to what Apple promises. In the best case, without box the Air pods work for two hours. Another big disadvantage the very often they fall from the ears. I would not recommend this product to anybody because it is the second time I trusted Apple advertisements and got a bad product as a result.

My 11yo sone earned his first 300$ by…

My 11yo son earned his first 300$ by selling his creams to buy Apple Watch SE 2025. Within 10 days of usage this watch has been having glitches with voice memo, school mode, timer and most importantly with pairing to my iPhone.I just couldn't pair watch after a reset because of earlier mentioned glitches. And how disappointing it was when we came to Apple Store and they said they gonna fix it. So my son paid $300 to get refurbished watch instead of a new one? This is really disgusting service. The Policy in Only on the side of Apple who doesn't t care about their customer. Totally unfair solution.

As an iOS developer I was locked in the…

As an iOS developer I was locked in the Apple ecosystem with iPhone's for 15 years, and I experienced all the symptoms of a toxic company that threats customer like trash:- Very expensive devices, not worth their price- Buggy software like xCode, or Apple's keychain which forgets passwords, and forced me for years to either utilize always the same password or generate a safe one that Apple's keychain keeps forgetting. Buggy iCloud features. xCode cannot get basic functionalities like simple debugging to work- Deliberate slowness on old devices. They just want us to buy new ones- Almost inexistent customer service. Delegated to bots and automated answers that never help youThese are all the symptoms of excessive greediness. The company saves aggressively on hardware and software. Why if I pay 800€ for an iPhone, after only 3 years it lags like crazy while I'm typing? What is so hard about remembering an apple keychain password?I can get a cheaper phone from China that doesn't break basic functionalities for much less, like 300€. I am not giving more money to these greedy people, they should stop treating their customers like trash.

New IOS Update Concerns

I absolutely love Apple products; all my technical devices are Apple products. However, the most recent IOS update on my cellphone has been not my favorite and a little irritating to say the least. Some of it is great, however, the majority of it has been weird to adjust too. I am personally writing this review regarding the transition on my lock screen. I use the photo shuffle for my lock screen, and apart of this new update there’s been added this transition. In my personal opinion, I absolutely hate it: every time I tap to change a photo, they are slow and the photo blurs black. This transition, in my opinion isn’t needed, but I also may understand that others might like it. So could there be an additional option under the customize section of the lock screen where we can either click transition or have no transition. I just want my lock screen to be back to the normal/original way before the update. The rest I don’t necessarily have a problem with, I can adjust, just not with that lock screen transition; it’s really irritating me and kinda ruining some of my favorite photos.
