Hard to believe they're still operating. Got a power pack that quit on me fast and I've been fighting for a refund ever since. Made me send it back and then they won't respond to anything. Eighteen months later and still nothing resolved.

Can't believe they're still in business. I bought a power pack that broke down quickly, and I've been trying to get my money back ever since. They made me return it and then ghosted me completely. Still waiting after 18 months.

I'm shocked this business is still operating. A power pack I bought quit working not long after I got it. Since then I've been fighting to get a refund. They had me ship it back to them and ever since they've just ignored all my attempts to reach them. It's been over a year and a half with zero resolution.

I own several vtoman items and some work fine, but my Jump1000 died while still under warranty. These companies are friendly at the start, suggesting things like draining it completely and recharging to reset it. Once you try to claim the warranty though, suddenly they've got a thousand reasons why they can't help. I bought mine on eBay with a 2 year warranty, but they claim it's different from other retailers. That's not how it works for other brands and it shouldn't work that way here either since I'm in Australia and we have consumer protections. Problem is they're based overseas with no Australian office or phone support, so they just ignore your emails. Gloria was helpful initially but now won't respond. The unit itself is decent but if something breaks, you're stuck without recourse.

I saved up a lot of money to buy a 1500x jump power station from the UK site, and when it arrived, it didn't work. The battery wouldn't charge no matter what I tried. Getting help from the company was a nightmare. They made me film the broken unit and send it over, which seemed pointless when it wasn't even holding a charge. After tons of back and forth messages, they finally sent me a return label. I shipped it back and it showed delivered to their warehouse, but then nothing. I've emailed multiple times asking about my replacement unit and haven't heard anything back. Super frustrating when you've dropped that much cash and get treated this way.

We've ordered six different power generators from you guys and every time it's been smooth and fast. We run a small island operation in Canada and rely on these units for everything. Just picked up a flash 1500 and can't wait to test it out. Have stuck with jump models in the past but trying some new ones now.

Got a 1500 flashspeed and tried using it for the first time on Tuesday. It won't charge and the LED is completely dead. Now I've got an expensive paperweight and the company hasn't reached out to me at all since I bought it from their UK site.

Just received the solar panels on Saturday but the rest of my order hasn't shown up yet and I need to get this sorted.

Ordered through Amazon about 2 weeks back and still no delivery. They keep telling me it's coming tomorrow but nothing shows up. There's no phone number to call and they don't answer any of my messages.

Had a wonderful experience overall and the customer service team was excellent at helping me with any questions I had.
