Arby’s Shipping Policy
Arby's is a dine-in and carryout restaurant, so traditional shipping does not apply to most orders. If the location offers delivery through a third-party service, delivery fees and policies depend on that partner's terms rather than Arby's directly.
Arby’s Returns & Refund Policy
As a quick-service restaurant, Arby's return policies apply to food quality and order accuracy rather than standard return windows. Contact the restaurant directly if your order was incorrect or unsatisfactory to discuss resolution options.

Arby’s Reviews
Arby's receives sharply divided feedback, with over half of shoppers giving five-star ratings while a substantial portion report serious problems. Those who rate the chain highly appreciate its menu offerings, but negative reviewers frequently cite cold food upon arrival, inconsistent portion sizes (particularly thin meat layers on sandwiches), and missing items or toppings. Service issues also emerge as a common complaint, including long wait times at drive-threws despite minimal traffic, staff inattentiveness, forgotten sauce packets, and in one case, a hung-up phone call when a customer attempted to address a recurring problem.
The most consistent frustration across negative reviews involves food quality and temperature control. Multiple customers report receiving frozen, cold, or improperly prepared items, with sandwiches arriving thin on meat content or incomplete compared to what was ordered. Several reviewers also mention poor customer service attitudes, from hostile order-taking staff to lack of communication about missing ingredients. The disconnect between five-star and one-star reviews suggests significant variation in experience either across locations or in consistency within individual restaurants.
Visited the location on Lawrenceville Highway in April and had a terrible experience. Ordered two king fish sandwich combos through the drive thru and my fish came out frozen, the drinks were flat, and the person taking my order had a really hostile attitude. Wasted twenty-five dollars on cold food from staff that clearly don't care. Won't be going back.
Stopped by the drive thru with just a couple cars ahead of us, but the wait was unbelievable. We called out multiple times and nobody responded. Eventually my son ordered through the app from the car. When we got to the window, staff hadn't even noticed we were there. After getting our drinks, we were told the food wasn't done. We parked and waited another 8 minutes before having to go inside to grab the order. Really poor management of the line.
Placed an online order for three classic beef and cheddars plus a steakhouse brisket sandwich. Everything arrived ice cold and I had to sit around waiting. The brisket sandwich turned out to be mostly fat, not actually brisket. The beef and cheddar sandwiches had barely any meat on them. Will never be ordering from this location again.
Ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and when I got home to open them up, I realized they only had meat and cheese. The peppers, onions, and other toppings that should've been on there weren't even mentioned when I ordered. The staff should've told me they were out of the pepper mix so I could've picked something different.
Used to love getting their salads and sandwiches, but they stopped offering salads so I switched to trying the Reuben. Mine showed up cold and didn't have nearly enough meat on it.
Every single time we order, we never get the Arby's sauce we ask for. I called politely to ask what was going on, and the person on the phone just hung up on me. They weren't even busy. Really frustrated by the disrespectful treatment.
If you're complaining about prices at a fast food place, you're probably in the wrong spot to begin with. For what you're spending here, the value is what it is. I don't see anything to get upset about.
Things have really gone downhill here. Everything costs more while the portions keep shrinking. The roast beef tastes dried out, the fries are inconsistent, and staff moves way too slow. This place used to be decent but now I just can't justify spending my money there.
Around two months back, my Arby's app quit letting me log in. I keep getting an error message saying the system isn't available. I've called multiple times each week and the staff has been nice about it, but they just refer me to app support. Problem is, app support never gets back to me. I haven't been able to use the app to order in almost two months now.
Bruce gave me the best customer service experience I've had in years. He was constantly smiling, really listened to what I needed, took the time to get my name right, and worked incredibly fast. He made sure to acknowledge every other customer while helping me. This guy should honestly be moving up to a regional position. After dealing with so much rude service lately, Bruce at the McMinnville, Oregon location was exactly what we needed. Thank you and we'll definitely be back!
The turkey and Swiss sandwich was fresh and absolutely delicious. The poutine was fantastic too, with gravy that wasn't oversalted and fries that were crispy fresh. One suggestion though: if you kept a few packages of cheese curds on the counter, they'd melt properly and not be cold in the middle, which would give you that better cheese pull. Overall, really impressed with both items!
Had a wrong order on 5/25/23, so I called the Gallatin location to sort it out. Went back the next evening and got to talk with manager Erin. She was super professional, had a positive attitude, and didn't waste any time fixing my issue. Really appreciated how she took care of it right away without any fuss. Great example of what good customer service looks like. Thanks for going the extra mile!
The roast beef location on Atlanta highway has been my best Arby's experience ever. The employees here don't just smile, they genuinely light up. You can tell they actually enjoy working there, and that makes such a difference. Management is clearly doing something right. Jered stands out as an exceptional employee, and I've been to Arby's locations across Georgia, Alabama, and Arkansas. Tay, Angely, Nykyry, and Avianna are all incredibly polite as well. This spot deserves top rankings.
There was this employee named Bryan working at an Ohio location and he was seriously the nicest person I've encountered at any fast food restaurant.
My internet went down while I was trying to order for delivery, and somehow the order got switched to pickup instead. When it didn't show up, I called the Oshkosh location and they completely redid my order fresh without charging me anything extra. The team made sure I had something hot to eat. Big thanks to those two ladies working late Sunday night for going above and beyond!
