Had a bunch of problems with this order. First, they advertised a discount code for new customers that never went through on my purchase. Second, I bought a pricey subscription as a gift for someone and there wasn't an option to include even a simple message saying it was from me without being charged extra. Third, I got charged an extra $2.34 in shipping even though the order should have qualified for free shipping. When I reached out to customer service about it, their response was basically 'that's just how we do things.' Really disappointed.

Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. Ordered this as a Christmas present back in November and just now saw the shipping notification, which means it won't arrive until late December. Contacted them repeatedly and they couldn't care less. They've already got my money and since there are no refunds or returns, they have zero incentive to actually help. Lesson learned the hard way.

Got a bunch of different teas and they were just mediocre. As someone who knows tea pretty well, this stuff wasn't good and it costs a ton. The website reviews made it sound fantastic, but when I looked into it more, it seems like they're filtering out negative feedback on their review platform. Pretty shady practice. I see lots of complaints about shipping issues, but my experience has been totally different. Lucky for me, I live close enough to walk to one of their physical locations and grab my tea there. And wow, the quality is unreal. Hands down the best tea I've ever tasted, and I've tried plenty of different teas in my travels. Big Sur, which is an Earl Grey blend, is absolutely my favorite. If you can get your hands on this tea, you'll understand what I'm talking about. It's seriously incredible.

Placed an order on the 11th and it still hadn't shipped by the 28th. The website didn't warn me about any fulfillment problems, and all I got was a generic automated message mentioning delays. I get that the holidays are hectic, but it feels wrong to charge customers upfront and only tell them afterwards that their stuff won't arrive for weeks. Still waiting and honestly questioning whether I'm actually going to get anything at all.

Placed my order on December 8th and by December 26th still nothing arrived. I did get an email on December 19th explaining there was a delay and they'd send part of my order right away, with a UPS tracking number. Problem is that tracking number never showed any pickup activity. Starting to wonder if this place is legit or not. Be careful before you buy from them.

The actual tea quality is solid, but I'm really frustrated with how long shipping took. During the holiday season, waiting over a week without any updates is unacceptable. I could easily find better options elsewhere, and the customer service didn't help matters.

Bought four different iced tea varieties and they tasted pretty decent, though they weren't cheap. Just want people to know these aren't instant iced teas. You have to brew them like regular hot tea first, heat water, let the bag sit, then cool it down. That part doesn't bother me much, but here's the real problem: the tea bags keep breaking and spilling loose tea everywhere. Happened to me multiple times and it's a huge hassle to deal with. For something claiming to be premium, this is a serious quality issue. Straining and cleaning up the mess takes time and effort. Seems like nobody at the company actually tested whether these bags could handle normal use. Won't be ordering again.

You don't choose what tea you get each month, and there are zero options for swaps. If you're not happy with what arrives, too bad. No refunds either. Email is the only way to contact them, no phone support available. For $81 you get three months of 4-ounce bags (that's $6.75 per ounce), and while the tea is organic, the added natural flavors technically make it 95% organic, not pure. You can grab 100% organic tea on Amazon for $14-25 a pound, which comes out to less than two dollars per ounce. It's honestly a waste of your hard-earned money.
