Customer service was extremely disappointing. There was a problem with the mat sizing that didn't work with my artwork. The system suggested a certain size after I uploaded my image, which I went with. It ended up being an eighth of an inch larger than it should have been. Because of this mistake, I couldn't give the framed art as a gift when I'd planned to. When I contacted the company to report the issue, they basically denied there was any problem. Really unprofessional.

I'm really let down by this purchase. The protective film on the acrylic was a nice idea, but once I peeled it off, I was shocked. The acrylic had this foggy, cloudy appearance. I cleaned it off but nothing changed. I thought maybe there was another protective layer underneath, so I spent a few minutes trying to remove it. Nope, that was it. The acrylic looks like it's covered in grease, but it's not dirty and there's no film. It's just a hazy piece of plastic that they call Tru Clear, but it's anything but clear. The frame itself is okay, though the hanging hardware seems a bit odd. After this whole experience, I don't think I'll shop here again. Two out of five stars.
