Never had a worse experience shopping for furniture. Spent $2200 on 4 items, 2 arrived broken and nobody will help fix it. I could say way more but just trust me when I tell you to go somewhere else. Ashley will cost you time, money, and sanity. It's nothing but disappointment and frustration.

Had a bad time with Ashley's website. My card was charged as soon as it shipped, but the delivery service lost the package. The representative had no solution, just said to wait 6 more days to see if it shows up. So I had to contact my credit card company to dispute it myself.

Bought boxed furniture from them before without issues. This time I got a kitchen table set and within 3 months the slat started coming loose, then the chairs got wobbly. I looked into it and found loose or missing screws everywhere. When I called they said it would take 6 weeks for a technician. We scheduled a time and date but they changed it the day before. Either accept their new time or wait another 6 weeks. Done shopping there.

Ran into problems with staff not knowing how to use their computer system and needing lots of corrections. Sales associates weren't scheduled to work the next day when we had questions. Getting delivery set up was a hassle and the wait was extremely long, around 5 to 6 weeks even within the state, plus they wouldn't confirm the time until 2 days before. Won't be shopping there again. The staff were friendly enough, and they have lots of options, but prices seem too high relative to quality.

Got a boxed sofa and the material came all wrinkled. It hasn't gotten any better over time. They claim wrinkles aren't considered a defect. Would've picked a different store if I'd known I'd get furniture looking like it was already used. Waste of money and time because they only care about tears or mechanical problems, not how it looks when you receive it.

This place sells you stuff that isn't there. They advertise items they don't actually have in stock and you don't find out until after you've already paid and get your receipt saying 'we'll contact you when this is available'. You should know about inventory issues before buying, not after. This shouldn't be allowed.

Think twice before buying from Ashley Furniture. I spent over $4,000 on a bedroom set plus $400 for professional installation. Everything went smoothly until delivery. The installers showed up late and rushed through everything. They broke the headboard, chipped other pieces, put drawer rails in backwards, left out screws, and damaged two drawers that fall apart when you try to open them. It took almost a month just to get someone to look at the damage. Getting replacement parts took 2 to 3 months. The technician forgot to order drawers on the second visit and brought the wrong parts on the third. Six months in and still making payments on a broken bed with drawers that don't work. They closed the case without fixing everything. Their answer was a 10% discount. That's not enough for six months of problems, late deliveries, and defective furniture. Their customer service is terrible.

Their customer service is really disappointing. Every time I call I get wrong information. I've been trying to handle a paid service request for over a month with no luck. Supervisors and managers are never available to talk to. Won't shop with them anymore. Paid $3000 for a sectional that should hold up longer, but it's falling apart.

Our visit to the store turned out poorly. We wanted the 0% APR offer for 60 months, but once we selected furniture we found out the full term only applies if you pay everything upfront. We went with 24 months instead. The manager claimed there was price matching available and that we'd get all their Black Friday offers, but neither happened. When I called about matching a lower price I found online, he dismissed the website and said matching would reduce our financing to just 12 months. I contacted corporate and was told the manager would call back but he never did. The online deal was even cheaper and included a chaise. Delivery workers showed up and couldn't assemble the couch properly, claimed a clip was broken, and we had to wait for a replacement clip to be mailed.

Purchased a sectional in early 2026 with paid home delivery. The delivery experience was terrible. Two unprofessional workers arrived, didn't wrap or protect the furniture during loading or transport, and dropped one piece on the truck lift. They left all the cushions scattered on the floor without assembling anything. After we put it together ourselves, we discovered a large tear in the upholstery and immediately called. The delivery crew denied causing it and the store said there's nothing they can do because they outsource delivery. Franchised stores mean no corporate help is available. The store owner won't hold the cheap delivery service accountable. DO NOT purchase from this location.

We bought a sectional at a local location in early 2026 with home delivery included. The delivery was a nightmare. The workers were careless, didn't protect anything, and dropped one section in the truck. They just dumped the cushions inside and never put it together. When we assembled it ourselves, we found a huge tear in the fabric. The store refused to help because they use a third party for deliveries and claimed they have no control. Since these are franchises you can't reach corporate either. The owner won't take responsibility for hiring this unprofessional company. Nobody is held accountable. Stay away from this location.

Had a terrible time with Ashley Furniture and won't recommend them. The sales rep either wasn't truthful or didn't know the return policy. I paid extra thinking I could return the furniture if it didn't work, which wasn't accurate. I also paid for white glove service and assembly but got a drop-off instead because of a sales order error. When things arrived, parts were missing, some pieces were damaged, and one item didn't show up at all. It's been months and still unresolved. I've wasted a lot of time and money with nothing to show for it. Worst furniture purchase experience I've ever had.

Really unhappy with Ashley Furniture. My wife and I bought a bedroom set a month ago and almost everything showed up damaged from day one. The dresser, headboard, footboard, and nightstands all had problems like it was an open-box or used set. That shouldn't happen on a new purchase. The bed frame legs were incomplete, deliveries kept getting pushed back, and we missed work multiple times. The mattress just got here and the dresser still needs repairs in a couple days. When we tried to get customer service and a supervisor to help, they wouldn't fix it properly, just offered partial repairs and left pieces missing. This has been one of my worst experiences ever. Can't recommend Ashley Furniture.

Store staff was fantastic. Prince made everything simple to arrange. Bed got delivered and set up on the 9th. Scheduling wasn't totally smooth, but customer service fixed it and arranged to move the old bed on the same day. But that appointment got canceled the night before. Called again on the 29th and talked to Victor who was rude and kept talking over me. I let him know we'd cancel our living room order if service wasn't rescheduled. He said 'fine' but warned us there'd be a 10% penalty. That made us mad. We went to the store and talked to Prince who straightened everything out right away. We've been shopping there for 20 years and Victor almost ruined that, but Prince saved it. Quality products, solid policies, and great floor staff make the difference. One bad person can change everything though.

Cathy from the online team gave me outstanding help with my new chest. I loved the piece but the front panel was misaligned initially. The replacement panels they sent didn't work either. When I called Cathy back, she jumped right on it and fixed everything, making the whole thing easy and worry-free.
