They completely refused to take responsibility and said the tire shop's mounting equipment caused it. I asked them to cover the cost of recoating and they said no. Awful customer service. This was my second purchase from them. The first time was better but the wheel color was slightly off from what it should have been. They pushed back on that too, but I let it slide because I saved money compared to new OEM. The bottom line is you're gambling with this company. If you end up with a defective product, good luck getting them to care or help you fix it.

After ten phone calls and ten emails over months, they still won't send a return label. The last person I talked to said their return policy is only 30 days from the original purchase, even though they sent this to me over a month later. When I pointed that out, he said tough luck and hung up.
