If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give. I've spent over a thousand dollars here and they still wanted me to pay for items that were on backorder. When I contacted their customer service team, I got nothing but attitude. They kept repeating back how much they charged me. I used a buy-now-pay-later service to finance the purchase and got charged for everything upfront, but they never sent the adjustment payments to that service for the delayed items. I even called their main corporate office and got hung up on. I do like their clothing, but treating a loyal customer who's spent that much money with such disrespect will keep me from ever ordering again.

This company used to be what every plus-size shopper wanted. I basically wore their jeans and basic tops exclusively. My online orders were reliable year after year. When I needed something for special occasions, I appreciated having a physical store to try things on and figure out sizing. I understood when brick-and-mortar locations started closing, and I thought I could still count on their reputation from decades of satisfied customers. That assumption was completely wrong. After the change in ownership, nothing is consistent anymore, not even sizing. The quality fell apart noticeably. What's worse, they made returns harder and started charging for them. And those emails never stop, even when they give you the option to get just one weekly instead of several daily. When I unsubscribed, it didn't work. I reached out directly about not wanting emails but apparently my feedback went nowhere. It's upsetting to see such a trusted brand exploit the loyalty people had built up with them.

I attempted to make a purchase and the transaction was rejected, yet my bank account showed a hold for over $225. A customer service representative assured me it would clear in a day, so I tried ordering again. The exact situation occurred, with another hold placed on my account for about $221. I've been calling repeatedly and nobody can tell me why these holds happened or why no actual purchases went through. My bank says they can't release the funds until the company that placed the hold does so on their end. I'm sitting with more than $400 frozen with zero explanation.

I'm really upset about recent changes. Costs have increased significantly and now there's a charge to send back purchases. My special card from them isn't accepted anymore either. I'm questioning whether I'll continue shopping with them at this point. This whole situation has been really frustrating.

This has been so frustrating! I submitted an order and then received a message saying I was a returning customer who qualified for free shipping. I logged in and placed my order, but the discount code wouldn't apply. Through their chat support, they told me to sign out completely, create a fresh order, and proceed as an unregistered guest. I went through with it and the code worked, except then my card was declined even though I'd used the same payment method successfully just the day before. At this point I've wasted too much time switching between logged-in and guest checkout modes. I don't need the items badly enough to deal with this anymore, so I'm done shopping here.
