B&H Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, B&H allows returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in new condition, in their original, unaltered box with all packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. B&H reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if these conditions are not met.
Certain products are final sale. These include opened computers, computer software, electronic software downloads, and any item marked as non-returnable. Opened TVs and monitors larger than 37 inches are also non-returnable, as is any underwater equipment that has been submerged.
All used items sold by B&H come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty. The return policy for used items is the same as for new items, allowing returns within 30 days.
