I'm really disappointed with how Bare Necessities manages their rewards program. I had 9,000 points saved up for $30 off and put some bras in my cart. After redeeming my points, I decided not to go through with the purchase. You'd assume they'd give the points back if the order never went through, right? Nope. According to them, once you redeem points, they're gone for good, whether you actually buy anything or not. This seems really wrong and unfair to me. I get if points couldn't be used after completing a purchase, but I never even finished my order! I spend quite a bit of money here and deserve to be treated ethically. Losing points just because I changed my mind feels dishonest on every level. I'm planning to post a negative review online and file a complaint with the BBB. Real businesses that want loyal customers should treat them fairly and with respect. I do love the actual products, but I'm taking my business elsewhere because this isn't how you should handle customers. This isn't about me trying to game the system, it's about me simply changing my mind and getting treated unfairly.

What a letdown. I placed an order for several items and just kept waiting. Out of nowhere, the whole thing got cancelled and my money was refunded with zero explanation from them. Not going back. Shop somewhere else instead because this place clearly isn't interested in keeping customers.

From what I've experienced, the staff here really goes the extra mile to help and figure things out when you have questions or need support. Sure, occasionally there's a mix-up in communication, but they handle it fast by correcting mistakes and processing refunds without any hassle. I've been shopping with them for years and consistently find great items. The whole return and refund process is straightforward and easy.

I needed to return some things and got immediate help when I called. The service was outstanding! Really appreciate it!

UPDATE: I got contacted asking for more details about my issue. After I sent the info, someone reached out within an hour about my orders. They gave me the choice between store credit or a refund back to my card. I picked the refund option. Really appreciate how quickly they responded. I used to have good experiences ordering from here without any problems. But lately, trying to get money back is a nightmare. Even when you're fine with just taking store credit instead of a refund. I sent back 2 bras in late September and they arrived, but then nothing happened. No store credit showed up and no refund went back to my card either. What kind of company operates like this? I decided on store credit thinking it would be simpler and I could just order more bras with that credit.

I've been struggling to find a bra that's actually comfortable and fits properly. I've ordered and returned items several times, and each time I've had to spend more money for different reasons. Over the course of this, I've had to speak with lots of customer service folks. Kim really stood out though because she was so understanding about what I needed and was able to solve things in a way that kept me happy with my purchase!

Jillian was AMAZING. She stayed on the line with me while I tried on my new order, helped me pick the right sizes to reorder, and even threw in some other bra recommendations to check out. The level of service was incredible and I'm already looking forward to working with her again!!
