Beyond Menu is a massive fraud operation. Do not use this service. Restaurants have caught on to their scheme and actually refuse to give orders to their drivers, if drivers even show up at all. This company should be shut down for committing fraud.

I've had several terrible experiences here. I tried again today thinking maybe it would be different. Nope. My food was supposed to come in half an hour but took an extra hour on top of that, so ninety minutes total for a five mile delivery. I watched on the tracker as the driver stopped at multiple places heading the wrong way first. With delivery fees and tip I paid an extra 20 bucks. This won't happen again.

The delivery driver had trouble locating my townhouse, and when I tried helping her with directions she panicked and threatened to just dump my food on the street corner. I ended up having to walk a long distance in freezing weather to track her down because she made zero effort to properly deliver it. Super unprofessional. It was below freezing outside. What's the point of paying for delivery service if I have to go find the driver myself? That defeats the whole purpose of not having to go outside in the cold.

Placed an order forty minutes ago, drove thirty minutes to pick it up from the restaurant, and somehow my order was never even created. This is ridiculous.

The driver took well over half an hour to grab my order. I got contradictory updates from the tracking system, the driver himself, and when I called customer service. Nobody seemed to be on the same page.

I've scheduled deliveries three times now with plenty of notice, expecting them at specific times, but every single time they've shown up 30 to 45 minutes late. They've lost my business for good.

This organization only cares about collecting money. When issues happen they just throw the problem back to the restaurant. In my view, if they're taking a cut of the transaction, they should take some responsibility for fixing problems too. I won't be using them anymore, even if it means finding restaurants that don't use this service.

This organization misspelled our restaurant name, which tanked our search rankings and caused major technical issues. It nearly destroyed the business. When they didn't get paid thousands upfront, they kept creating spam pages and websites. Even after we refused, they continued flooding the internet with this content, and search engines penalized us as a result. They won't take down these old spam pages or their fake websites, and honestly don't seem to care about the harm they've caused. We've reached out multiple times but they ignore us. We're having no choice but to pursue legal action against them.

Their prices are way higher than what the restaurant actually charges. My receipt from the restaurant showed 49 dollars and 17 cents, but Beyond Menu billed me 57 dollars and 88 cents. They mark up every item on the menu in a way that feels dishonest and sneaky. This practice is not transparent and I won't be using them again because of it.

This restaurant should not be using Beyond Menu's system for online orders. It's terrible. I placed my order at 6:48pm and the confirmation email said pickup at 7:18pm. I showed up when expected and the kitchen had never even received my order. The hostess had to fiddle with the system for a while before it finally came through. She apologized and promised to rush it, so I waited in my car. Fifteen minutes later I checked on it and it still hadn't been started. I asked how long for one sushi roll and got told they didn't know because walk-in diners get priority. Very let down after being loyal for over a decade without problems. Since nobody could give me a timeline, I asked for my money back. They couldn't process it because Beyond Menu is a third party system, so the hostess had to call their support line to get me refunded. I wasted an hour of my time.

The flavors here are incredible and the service is top notch. This is our go-to spot for Indian cuisine in the Littleton region. We absolutely love the saffron rice, naan, chicken tikka masala, chana saag, and rice pudding. Everything is amazing! We order heat level 5 or 6 and it's fantastic. The staff is really nice too.

When I called their support team they refused to refund it initially. I persisted and they mentioned a manager would call back, though I'm skeptical they'll actually make it right. I understand extra fees for delivery, but pickup shouldn't be marked up at all.

This is a scam outfit. A Jamaican restaurant I know is definitely not connected with Beyond Menu in any way. Please avoid this company entirely. They deserve zero stars.

Beyond Menu functions as a payment processor for sketchy, questionable restaurants like ones in the Albany area. Don't count on getting decent customer support from either them or the restaurants.
