Wanted to share more feedback on my experience. Kerry from Bike Bling really went to bat for me after I bought a Pinarello X9 build. Over a couple of months he worked with me to swap out parts that weren't quite right for what I had in mind, which seemed fair given what I spent. I've been riding it for over a month now and put almost 500 miles on it. The bike looks amazing and feels great to ride. If you're thinking about getting a Pinarello and don't have a local shop nearby that stocks them, I'd totally recommend working with Kerry. Most people won't have that option since so few shops carry this brand in the US. Even though it took longer to get set up through shipping, he made sure everything was handled properly and didn't leave any loose ends.

The whole thing was a nightmare. Funny enough that same product is still listed on their website for that suspiciously low price.
