Not really a burger person myself, but the quality here is solid. If I actually ate burgers regularly, I'd probably be there every day. Pretty decent spot overall.

Staff at the Sioux Falls location treated us disrespectfully through the drive-thru window. Food was cold and apparently made in a microwave because they didn't want to deal with an allergy request. Packaging was messy with fries stuffed upside down in the bag. They also refused to process two separate orders for different people in the same car. We left and went to Culvers instead. No matter what kind of day you're having, there's no excuse to disrespect your customers. You're supposed to welcome them, not push them away.

He brought that same energy to working with his crew as well. His communication is top-notch and he clearly loves what he does. The team here showed genuine kindness when I needed it. They gave me extra napkins without hesitation when I had a nosebleed. Really appreciated that thoughtfulness.

I've always loved this location in Michigan, so this negative review really bothers me. Today was different though. The food came out cold and the Whoppers were barely topped with lettuce, onion, and tomato. When ordering two kids cheeseburger meals with just ketchup and pickles, the staff kept interrupting me and making it seem like I should already know how things come. She cut me off multiple times while I was trying to add fries and apple juice to my order. It was frustrating.

The Ann Arbor location on Washtenaw is absolutely terrible! My husband raved about their chicken sandwich from the Ypsilanti spot, so we tried it here. First time seemed okay, but the next two visits confirmed it's just how they operate. We ordered fresh chicken sandwiches, he even went inside to watch them make it. Unfortunately ours arrived burnt and soggy. This location is officially off our list.

Hello to the entire Burger King team. I wanted to take time to highlight the amazing staff at our local store. Terri, Crystal, Amelia, and Mistique consistently demonstrate professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine care toward customers and each other. They're wonderful role models and possess excellent communication abilities. All of them clearly take pride in their work. These individuals are outstanding representatives of the Burger King company. Sincerely grateful for them.

Burger King is my second favorite fast food spot after McDonald's, with Wendy's in third. I always get their coupons in the mail. That 2 Whopper Jr meal deal for $5 is honestly a solid offer. Their fries beat both McDonald's and Wendy's fries by a mile.

I'm a regular at the Mableton Georgia location and want to give props to the blonde-haired cook. She works incredibly hard every single time and clearly cares about making good food for customers. The Summerville location is painfully slow. The crew ignored us completely and avoided eye contact. Other customers waiting around were having the same conversation about how long it was taking. Everyone behind the counter and in the kitchen was chatting and leaning around instead of working. I stood there long enough to finish two full sodas waiting for our order.

This location near my house has been a constant letdown. The shake machine and icee machine are always broken, yet I've watched employees carrying shakes around. Every visit through the drive-thru involves being told to park and wait. Today the manager at the window didn't even greet us, just took our money without a receipt after we had to honk to get attention. I work in food service and usually cut places slack, but this spot needs serious attention from ownership.

The Mableton Georgia Burger King has really impressed me with both their food quality and customer service. It's clear they've made some changes since a few months ago, and the new team members bring genuine smiles and enthusiasm. Whether I'm going solo or bringing friends and family, I always have a great experience.
