Been a subscriber for five years and I genuinely love their coffee. That said, the customer service experience is absolutely terrible. You basically can't get anyone on the phone. The chat feature isn't even available through the app. The customer service email doesn't work anymore. When I do manage to send an email, an automated response comes back that clearly didn't actually read what I wrote. They charged my account for my complete order over a week back but only sent one small shipment out of what should have been eight packages. The system won't even display the rest of my order or what items are supposed to arrive.

Got into the coffee club in February and was thrilled with my first shipment and the discount. March rolled around, delivered as a member but only received twenty percent off instead of the forty percent I signed up for. Can't get anyone on the phone, just an AI assistant that doesn't help. They sent back a reply saying I used a different discount code plus points, which isn't true. My second order was automatically processed through my membership, which my app clearly shows I'm enrolled in. This still hasn't been resolved. I'm interested in finding another brand with an equally dark roast because while the coffee is great, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Loved the coffee but their support is atrocious. AI shouldn't be handling complaints like this. Management is really dropping the ball and the company's reputation is taking a beating from their continued mistakes. Unfortunate considering I'm a service veteran and tried them to support fellow vets.

The message talks about moving to a new fulfillment center, upgrading shipping, and prioritizing my order, but where was the actual urgency when I needed it? This was supposed to arrive before the holidays, not be a lesson learned at my expense. Big promises with no real solutions.

FINALLY found it! Went into a sporting goods store in Arizona the other day. Hadn't come across Black Rifle Coffee locally before, but they had it. Grabbed a bag of their dark roast and I've got to say, I was really impressed. This coffee's got serious flavor and a real kick to it. Definitely ordering more. Takes me back to when coffee actually tasted like coffee. Former Marine here and love what they're doing.

We enjoy the coffee, and we absolutely love how convenient it is! Our orders come in on schedule every single time going back almost two years. Sometimes I'll toss in an extra order when visitors polish off our stash, and those always get here fast too! BRC has done exactly what I wanted, which is keep us constantly supplied without me having to think about it. We get whole beans, grind fresh every morning, and brew it up on our espresso setup.

Being a retired military officer, I'm particular about my coffee since it basically lives in my body. My lab results practically show coffee as a blood type at this point. I've been ordering from BRC for quite some time now and everything I get is excellent. Pumpkin flavors aren't usually my thing, but I can handle them in small amounts. Just grabbed the Headless Horseman and wow, it's spot on. I use less grounds than most and it doesn't come across as overwhelming like other brands do. Every single cup from BRC hits the mark.

Hope the subscription model means better inventory and delivery since some recent feedback has raised concerns. No point joining if I'm still going to be hunting down my coffee, especially when we're pretty remote and reliable shipping is critical.
