What really gets me is that they've basically got a monopoly on certain items.

The customer service rep told me they were mustard seeds and not to worry. Whether they're mustard seeds or rodent droppings, neither belongs in my oats. I'm disappointed with how they handled this and I'm going to shop somewhere else for my oats now. Plus I'll need to find a farm animal that can eat the rest of this batch.
