Employees are overworked and underpaid, dealing with verbal abuse with no support. The scheduling is chaotic and disrespectful, especially toward long-term staff. New hires get most of the hours while dedicated employees get barely 5 to 6 hours spread across 1 or 2 days a week at minimum wage. Shifts go late into the night, you're expected to finish everyone else's work too, and there's no break time or chance to eat. Really frustrating work environment.
