Boscov's customer service is incredibly frustrating. My order has been stuck in limbo for about two weeks now. FedEx shows the package out for delivery in a location I've never even heard of, and it's been sitting there for three days. When I contact Boscov's, they just say the package is in process and that's not helpful at all. I've been told multiple times to call back in a couple days, and each time I get the same vague response that it's in process. That meaningless phrase doesn't tell me anything. It's like when someone hands in a project late and says it's in progress. Boscov's is in progress. Don't buy anything here until they actually finish processing their operations.

This was an awful experience from start to finish. Staff appears unprepared and unable to help, and there's no real escalation process. I would recommend avoiding this retailer entirely.

I tried asking for someone else to help me but today a manager actually confronted me and said I don't have the right to that choice. The employee made disrespectful gestures in my face and basically told me to leave. The store manager on duty was completely useless and made no effort to fix the situation. The entire staff and management team behaved in a way that was disrespectful and unacceptable. Find another place to shop.

TERRIBLE!!!! The staff at this location is unacceptable. There's a woman working at the cosmetics counter who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to avoid her and ask for different staff, but today the department manager actually confronted me and said I don't have the option to choose who helps me. This employee made aggressive gestures and told me to shop elsewhere. The store manager was completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the situation. The overall behavior from management and staff was disrespectful and offensive. Shop somewhere else.

I purchased a couch and recliner and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, both items came with an overwhelming chemical odor that makes them unusable. The recliner is particularly problematic as I can't sit in it for more than a few minutes. I reached out to both the manufacturer and Boscov's about cleaning or returning them, but I got basically no help since it had been five months. I understand there are return windows, but after that amount of time, you'd think the new product smell would be gone. I'm stuck with furniture I can't even enjoy. I won't shop at Boscov's again.
