The salesman was nice enough, but the delivery logistics are a mess. They said delivery would be between 3 and 6pm the day before, then the tracking said 1 to 1.5 hours after that window. So my helper left, then I get a robocall saying they're 19 minutes away. He came back and we waited 45 minutes with no show. They waste so much of your time making you sit around waiting. If you're not there when they feel like showing up, who knows what happens. The whole delivery process needs serious improvement.
