My first order with them didn't go smoothly. I bought a couple of swimsuits that weren't right, so I sent them back. They said a refund was coming but I never saw it, and there was also a remaining balance of about fifteen dollars that I wasn't told about. That experience has made me hesitant to order from them again.

They modified my order without asking me first. And if you need to return something, you're stuck paying your own shipping costs.

It's been way longer than the promised five business days and I still haven't gotten my refund. The live chat feature is pretty useless, and calling doesn't help because nobody picks up. I've emailed multiple times. This company takes your money right away but moves at a snail's pace with refunds. Really frustrating.
