The customer service here is just terrible. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and overall pretty pathetic. Won't be dealing with them again.

The Series 7 is a solid shaver. Works great for regular face shaving and does a nice job on the head too.

Just opened my new Series 7 and there are basically no instructions included. Just a tiny sheet with barely any info. When I tried to register it for the extended warranty coverage, I couldn't figure out how. I called their chat support and got bounced over to customer service. Called that number and got a quick recorded message then disconnected. Tried calling back and was told to try later. For such a pricey razor, the lack of proper support and documentation is really disappointing.

Purchased a Braun shaver because they advertised a 5 year warranty. After about 2.5 years it quit working, so I figured I'd file a claim. Turns out Braun says the literature was wrong and it's actually only 2 years. That seems pretty sketchy to me, and I'm not going to waste my time fighting them over it. What bothers me most is they're STILL advertising the 5 year guarantee on their site. Definitely won't be buying Braun again.

Bought a Series 3 six months ago and honestly it's just sitting unused. I can't seem to get a decent shave out of it no matter what. I've dropped over $50 on replacement heads trying to make it work but still no luck. Kind of frustrating for a product with such a good reputation for German engineering. Not interested in buying from Braun anymore.

Just got the IO Toothbrush and the battery is already acting up. Says it's at 40% charged but dies within minutes. Looked it up and apparently tons of people have this same issue with a $200+ toothbrush. Really disappointing from a brand you'd expect better from. Skip this one.

Had a chat today with a rep from the medical division and couldn't be happier with the help I got. They handle everything with confidence and nothing seems to be too much trouble. This particular rep solved my issue right away, something my doctor's office couldn't figure out. Top notch support across the board.

Picked up the Series 5 and I'm really pleased with it. The quality is solid and it's priced reasonably. Would definitely tell someone to give it a shot.

Got the IPL model several months ago and the build quality is unreal. Hair removal results have been so good I barely have to shave anymore. Totally blew away what I was expecting from this device.

Picked up a Braun wet and dry razor and I'm impressed. With some shaving gel and water it gives you a really clean, smooth shave.

Got to try the MGK3012 and wow, this thing is solid. I'd been using different brands before and kept running into issues like the motor slowing down or the blades getting clogged. This one cuts clean and easy with a bunch of different blade options to choose from. Battery holds up great and charges really quick too. Pretty hard to find anything wrong with it. One small thing - a charging dock would've been nice, but that's a minor point. Overall it's a winner.

The 8-in-1 trimmer is fantastic. You get amazing precision when grooming and the shave comes out super clean. Every attachment works smoothly and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
