Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a midwest industries foregrip that was incorrectly described on their site and it didn't fit my rifle because of their mistake. I contacted them about it and they said I'd have to pay to return it. When I pushed back pointing out that their listing was wrong, they said they'd look into it. Then I never heard from them again.

Really disappointed with their warranty policy. I purchased an item and they wouldn't stand behind it. All they did was provide a manufacturer link for me to file a claim myself. That's going to cost me more money in FFL fees and a lot of my time.

Ordered a part and they sent the wrong one. They charged me 24.36 but only refunded 16.95 for the incorrect item. I got back just a fraction of the tax I paid, and since it was their mistake, I shouldn't have lost anything. They also didn't refund the shipping costs.

Don't shop here. They overcharge customers and markup prices significantly, particularly for hard-to-find items. They post low sale prices for stuff that isn't even in their inventory and label it in stock, which is just lying. Find another dealer who actually respects their customers instead of these crooks.

These guys really take customers for a ride with their pricing, especially when items are hard to find. They advertise rock bottom prices but then mark things as in stock when they're not even available. It's misleading and dishonest. There are plenty of other retailers out there who actually value your business instead of these con artists.

I ordered a Howa barreled action on October 13th to put together an affordable PRS build. When I went to pick it up from my FFL, the tracking showed it was returned to sender. Turns out they messed up the shipping address and tried sending it to me directly instead of to my FFL. The phone calls were rough and customer service wasn't helpful. They wouldn't offer faster shipping or any compensation for the hassle. I eventually cancelled and weeks later I still don't have my refund. They claim they processed it but I haven't seen it. I've tried calling again but they're impossible to reach, the chatbot is useless, and if you do get through no one actually helps. Out of all the online gun dealers I've used, none have been this bad. It's an ongoing nightmare.

Bought ammo that was listed as available and should have shipped right away. They told me delays happen because they're short staffed. That's honestly a company problem, not a customer problem, and they should handle it without slowing down my order. Plus apparently anything ordered after 1 PM CST doesn't go out until the next day. Who closes their doors that early? This was my last purchase from them.

The order came through fine, but now Credova is billing me for it as well. The two companies keep pointing fingers and neither will resolve it. You're better off with Midway USA because I've never experienced anything like this.

I've never dealt with customer service this rude or unprofessional. They were unwilling to help and incredibly dismissive. I still don't have my product five months later. The international team just brushed me off.
