I used to be loyal to this company for years, but not anymore. This year their costs have gotten out of control and their support staff acts disrespectful and treats customers poorly. I had a cart that would've hit the $49 threshold to skip their $9.95 non-tracked shipping fee. Think about it: pay for your pet supplies, pay to ship them, and get zero tracking info. They blame tariffs, even though those tariffs aren't around anymore. How does that make sense with what's actually shown on their website? I'm beyond disappointed. For the same amount or less, I could visit a vet clinic locally and walk out with my order immediately. Plus I wouldn't have to sit around waiting three to five weeks. This is ridiculous.

Cannot recommend this company. They're acting like crooks! You place an order, and instead of sending all three items, they only ship the two cheaper ones. The third item that costs twice as much as the first two combined? Missing entirely! Nobody ever responds to your messages no matter how many times you reach out. This is not a legitimate business!
