I asked about rush shipping instead, and she told me I'd have to redesign the whole thing and then contact them separately to request expedited service. I'm really bothered by how much time was wasted and especially that nobody picked up the phone to apologize or explain. If you're in a time crunch, I wouldn't count on them to deliver quickly.
