The reproduction was a total disaster...this weird pink tint got added over what should have been a bright white snowy backdrop. I complained and provided both my original image and theirs side by side, but they came back after days claiming it aligned with their standards from my submitted file...the only pink in my image was literally just a baby lamb's ear coloring. They wouldn't budge on a refund or return, only offering to let me pay them again for their corrected version...which looked even worse. Vertical stripes appeared throughout, what should have been one moon turned into two connected shapes, the lamb's feet ended up fused unnaturally at the ankles, and the snow became this bizarre artificial-looking white mass with writing in it that I never included. I'd show you photos if I could to demonstrate how unprofessional their work was.
