Caraway Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. The return must be initiated and shipped back within this 30-day period.
Returns are FREE. Caraway will provide a prepaid return label via the online return portal.
Once the item(s) are received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Bulk purchases/wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Gift card purchases are also final sale.
