Got this Keurig with both single cup and full pot capabilities, but honestly neither one works reliably. The single cup pods require at least two attempts every time, and making a full pot means hitting start three times minimum just to get it filled up. Can't imagine recommending this to anyone.

Purchased a K Creama at Costco and after three months the lid wouldn't open so I couldn't insert a pod. Sent it back and got a replacement but that one failed after just two weeks too. Called customer support and couldn't understand the representative due to communication barriers. Asked for her manager and was told someone would phone me back but nobody ever did. The whole experience was absolutely terrible and I'll never buy another Keurig machine.
