The management at this location is terrible and disrespectful. Got accused of something I absolutely didn't do. On top of that, there are serious issues with staff behavior in the back including suspected drug use during work hours. The manager needs to actually do their job and maintain control. This location should be investigated for what's going on.

Patrick turned our whole experience around at this location. We tried ordering through their automated system and got quoted $51 for two medium pizzas. When we showed up in person, Patrick stepped in, gave us a much better deal at $32, and even suggested we get two large pizzas for just $26. He took care of everything personally and had our order ready perfectly on time. This kind of service saved us as loyal customers. Please keep more people like Patrick on staff and ditch the automated ordering.

The Springfield location on Stanford is always running short on staff. You'll walk in and see a line of 10 to 12 people but only one register open while another employee is just sweeping around. The gas pumps are painfully slow too, and I had to sit through like seven ad loops just to pump 12 gallons.

I gave this company over ten years of my work and got let go on a technicality about clocking in and out. I'd been doing the same thing the entire time I was there but they decided to fire me right after I turned 65. I estimated over a hundred hours of uncounted work time. The manager said the pay was approved but I still haven't received it. This is how they treat loyal employees.

This particular Casey's is poorly managed from top to bottom. The manager shows up whenever she feels like it despite being salaried, the kitchen is closed more often than open, and female employees are regularly left working alone at night which violates company policy. With four managers on staff you'd think things would run smoothly, but instead they keep closing early multiple nights in a row. Staff members discuss inappropriate things in front of kids, and management has shown up inebriated and caused scenes with customers. Calling headquarters to complain is pointless because they keep you on hold until close just to avoid listening. The regional manager completely ignores the problems.

I've been shopping at Casey's since they first opened. I've visited locations in multiple states including Ankeny, Des Moines, Creston, and places in Nebraska and Oklahoma. Never once had a bad experience. The pizza is consistently amazing and I honestly miss having a Casey's now that I'm living down in Texas. Those stores meant a lot to me.
