Two delivery guys showed up who were both professional and respectful. I chose the White-Glove delivery option and they definitely lived up to it. My place is on the second floor of a condo building and they prepped most of the furniture in their vehicle before bringing it up. They were extremely careful with everything including my apartment. They made sure I liked where everything was positioned and left the place spotless. Definitely recommend them.

Since I'm in a second floor condo, they did most of the assembly work in their truck which was impressive. Both guys were really careful with my stuff and the apartment itself. The items are solid quality and reasonably priced. The styles are modern and nice, mix and match well together, and put together easily. One thing that could be better is getting more frequent and clearer delivery updates. Also noticed the couch cushions started to show some flattening after a week or two of regular use. Still, it's a good purchase and I might shop with them again.

The delivery window was long (6 to 7 weeks initially) then got delayed another 3 weeks with zero heads up. I kept trying to get updates from customer service before we missed the deadline but they kept avoiding my questions. After the deadline passed, they promised to reach out but ghosted me and gave no updates. I'd skip this company and won't be buying from them again. Only 2 stars because the actual furniture quality is fair for what you're paying.

Like others have mentioned, the wait time was really long (6 to 7 weeks) and then it was pushed back another 3 weeks without any notice. When I tried getting info before the deadline passed, the team just sidestepped my questions. Once the date came and went, they said they'd update me but never did and I got no communication. Can't recommend them based on my experience and won't be shopping there again. Giving 2 stars only because the furniture quality relative to price is decent.

Adam really went the extra mile helping me reschedule my delivery because of an unexpected international trip. Even though everything was packed and ready to go, he kept my items in storage for two weeks so they'd arrive right when I got back. Much appreciated!
