The quality of the sofa seat is poor
The quality of the sofa seat is poor; it’s very uncomfortable. What’s worse, the fabric feels stiff and plastic-like. We’ve had it for over a year, and it looks terribly aged.

Customer service is on point
Customer service is on point! Shout out for Aslinda! Their pieces are beautiful and stunning but I had a little hiccup and Aslinda helped me out and went above and beyond. I personally thank her for all her help and professionalism. I highly recommend buying anything from Castlery!

Great customer service!
I’ve bought various pieces of furniture from Castlery throughout the years. They really do honor their warranty, which i appreciate. The furniture construction never disappoints and I love their modern style and decor. One thing that I struggle with is their return policy, but when I explained my situation to their customer service (my representative is Tvya), they were able to help me out. Tvya has been so kind and accommodating. She updated me every step of the way and was able to find a solution that works for me. Thank you, Tvya for all that you do!I will always be a loyal customer at Castlery! Could not recommend this company more.

Wonderful experience
The entire process from ordering to delivery was great. I absolutely love the new table and chairs. I used the white glove delivery service to have the table assembled and set up. Great service and great product.
